Respirable and Total Dust Concentration Measurement (Ambient and Personal Exposure)

"Dust Fighting Regulation" was published in the Official Gazette dated 05.11.2013 and numbered 28812 by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in order to determine the amount of dust exposed in terms of occupational health and safety in order to prevent the risks that may arise from dust in the workplaces and to ensure that the workers in these works are protected from the effects of dust. .

The employer shall carry out a "Risk Assessment" in accordance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and the Occupational Health and Safety Risk Assessment Regulation published in the Official Gazette No. responsible for doing it. Measurements occupy an important place in the Risk Assessment to be made in dusty works.

Workplaces that are covered by both the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and the Risk Assessment and where there may be Dust Exposure are obliged to have Dust Measurements made.
