Business and Working License (GSM License)
In accordance with the Regulation on Business and Working Licenses published in the Official Gazette dated 10.8.2005 and numbered 25902, enterprises are obliged to obtain a Business and Working License (GSM License).
Non-Sanitary Enterprises (Non-Sanitary Enterprises); It is defined as the establishments that cause or are likely to cause more or less damage to those around them biologically, chemically, physically, spiritually and socially, or that may cause pollution of natural resources.
Businesses cannot operate without obtaining a Business Opening and Operating License from the OIZs or related municipalities to which they are affiliated, pursuant to the article of the regulation "No business can be opened and operated without duly obtaining a business and working license from the authorized administrations". If they pass, the enterprise is closed by the authorized administration.
