Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste Recovery/Disposal License

Reducing waste generation and preventing environmental pollution are of great importance for the protection of natural resources. In cases where the generation of waste cannot be prevented in the waste management process in our country, it should be ensured that the waste is reduced and recovered at the source.

Within the scope of the “Communiqué on Recovery of Certain Non-Hazardous Wastes” published in the Official Gazette dated 11.03.2015 and numbered 29292, natural or legal persons operating hazardous non-hazardous waste recovery/disposal facilities are obliged to obtain an environmental license.
